I built this because I lived it.

A few years ago, an autoimmune disease took away the physical strength my whole life had been built on. Rebuilding with my mind instead of my body, I found something that changed everything: I wasn't lazy or undisciplined. I'd just been doing my hardest work at the wrong times of day.
